back to basics – life in the woods
6-8 June 2018
This will be a fun crash course in rewilding –
with knowledge in survival, edible plants, forest, crafts, fire and knifes …
What is it that makes us to humans?
Among other things, the ability to use tools and with them create other tools – and the ability to make fire. With the knife, the ax, the saw, the hand and the brain’s power, our ancestors created a life in the forest and in the Scandinavian wilderness. The forest shaped us to the people we are today.
In the woods we sought shelter, raw materials for tools, wood, timber and other materials for construction, we hunted, collected berries and mushrooms …
Here you will get to know the most important and interesting things you need to know for a forest life!
