Welcome to our unique forestbathretreats at Urnatur’s beautiful surroundings

Welcome for two days of rest and enjoyment in the woods. Here you can let go of everyday thoughts and stress and let your souls senses have a bathe in the forest. That’s what we at Urnatur call “forestbath” – Japanese call it Shinrin-Yoku.

Here the body can relax and recover in the most beautiful of forest environments. Through guided invitations you will experience the forest with all your senses. In addition to the fact that the woods are good for resting from a stressful everyday life (it reduces your heart rate and blood pressure), you will learn about the trees of the forest, try our forestqigong, join our forest community with like-minded people, lie in a hammock, watch the clouds and feel good.
