Come to Urnaturs magic forest to experience the woods & reconnect to nature!
Reconnecting with nature is like resetting your brain
Over thousands of years our body and brain have developed together with nature. There is a part of you which instantly still feels at home in nature. Being connected with nature results in some amazing changes inside your head which begins to calm you and sooth your nerves.
Welcome to this unique forest bath retreat that brings you back to basics and back to the woods – the beautiful natural woods of Urnatur.
We live in the world of knowledge. But for a few days you will just experience the forest with all your senses. Experience it open minded like a child.
Reconnecting with nature is like resetting your brain. Back off your hectic modern everyday life for a while and give your distracted brain the rest it deserves.
Forest bath, also called shinrin yoku, is great for stress release, reduces blood pressure, fights depression, improves your sleep, increases your immune system and accelerates recovery from surgery and illness. But it is also great for people who already are in love with the forest and just want more of it – because on top of all these great effects – it simply makes you happy :)
As the animals in the forest, we will listen, smell, move quiet and cautious – and have fun together. We will be barefoot in periods if the weather allows it.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/6″][vc_column_text]

More information and FAQ
We start the morning by experiencing the forest with all our senses. Presence in silent community. After that we will wake up the body. Depending on the weather, we will be either in the forest or in the yoga studio. Here we mix yoga, natural movements and forest qigong.
Meals:
Breakfast: Delicious breakfast buffet is served in the tin castle.
Lunch: We eat together in the woods.
Dinner: Made by participants themselves in our outdoor kitchen by the lake. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with all that is needed to cook a organic vegetarian dinner. The food can be cooked by yourself or in groups.
NOTE: Fish and meat is not included but can be purchased. So even beer and wine. We have a nice little collection of natural wines.
Last night we end with thoughts and stories at the campfire.
