2018 we will offer two kinds of retreats. So what is the difference?
forest retreat – this is a cross over retreat where we teach about the forest, its herbs for food and medicine, survival skills like fire making, building a shelter, handling a kniv, using the axe. But we will also use all of our senses, talk about the brain and what else makes us humans, and lots more
forest bath retreat – this retreat will fokus on forest experiences for stress reduction and mindfulness meditation, also called shinrin yoku. We will combine this with natural movements and our forest-qigong. Reconnect to the nature with all your senses :)[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
